Since 2015, Claudia coaches Designers by blending creative methods (e.g. design thinking, visualisation) with essential marketing and sales knowledge (e.g. business model, pitching, CRM, project management, priority management). Since 2018, she lectures at the International Creative Business bachelor program at Inholland University of Applied Sciences and guides students in design-based research.

Claudia is trilingual (English, German, Dutch) and works internationally, offering virtual and face-to-face coaching. Claudia grew up in Austria, studied for a year in Spain and has worked 5 years in India, UAE, China and Singapore. She is well attuned with the corporate and entrepreneurial world. Her rich work experience has been enriched by 10 years of working in Dutch higher education teaching and research. She is also a professional Co-Active Coach trained by CTI, a recognised international coach training programme.
After graduating with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Claudia worked in Marketing and Business Development for an international premium lighting brand. After six years, Claudia joined international architectural firm UNStudio as strategic business developer in Amsterdam. In 2015, she steered her career in a new direction and launched Coaching by Claudia. She was immediately drawn to the idea of using creative tools and visual exercises to stimulate new ideas for business opportunities. Claudia is a creative strategist and follows international trends in the creative and design industry.
