How to price with confidence

A designer and art teacher felt demotivated: she worked many hours, had a low income and got stuck. During our business coaching, we created a plan of action to redefine her value of art teaching and create new atrractive offerings focusing on client experience. We moved from price-focus to relationship- and experience focus and used a practical XLS sheet to compare various scenarios resulting in a confident pricing of the new, enriched art teaching offering.
